Right of return
You have the right to return the goods without stating any reason within 14 days in Germany or 7 days in Austria and Europe as of receipt of the goods by sending back the goods. The 14 day (Germany), 7 days (Austria and Europe) - respite starts at the earliest with receipt of the goods and the receipt of a separate notification on this Right of return as a printed text. In case of goods not transportable by package (e.g. bulky goods) the demand to return can be exercised in writing, by mail, fax, or eMail. Timely dispatch of the goods or timely posting of the demand to return are sufficient to comply the respite. In any case the back shipment will be effected on our risk and expenses. In case of an effectual return of goods the mutual received performances must be given back and if applicable achieved advantages of use must be compensated. The goods must be returned unopened. Opened goods will only be taken back under the following requirements. The seller is entitled to demand reasonable compensation for the reduction in value caused by the buyer’s use of the goods. If the buyer returns damaged goods or goods that have become unusable the seller shall as a result have further claims for compensation provided the goods were delivered to the buyer/customer in accordance with the contract. The buyer can prevent this by treating the goods ordered as third party property until the period in which the goods may be returned has expired and by exercising the utmost care when handling the goods ordered.
Any goods, audio and video recordings as well as software (if the seal on the data carriers returned has been broken), which have been altered or especially produced at the buyers request, may not be returned unless the goods returned are a wrong delivery.
End of Right to return instruction A right to return is not applicable to B2B - customers in terms of Austrian Civil Code if they exercise in meanings of their commercial or self-employed occupation.
